The book was focused on high quantity practice, like H&R Block. Not exactly my style. He did focus on process as the key to efficiency. My action is to stay focused on building our process and project management out in Asana. My goal is to replicate high-quality (not quantity) returns.
There is a different, much more productive (profitable) way to be SUCCESSFUL in your tax business. And once you're freed up in your mind that it's OK to be different than your competition, you'll be on your way to growing your tax practice to the next level of success
