he Groomed 4 Greatness (G4G) Entrepreneurial Academy will illuminate a paragon that can be replicated or duplicated throughout the nation; especially, communities that primarily consist of a people of color population. This effort shall only purport to be a step toward the panacea of solutions to emerge in the battle for the lives and futures of young males of color. The G4G Entrepreneurial Academy should never be misconstrued as the sole path. Others may choose a different arena such as: politics, mathematics, engineering, or any of the other viable disciplines. However, the core mission should remain the same for young males of color: GROOMED 4 GREATNESS. G4G shall always seek to develop leadership that will reflect a servant's attitude. Each individual must have the knowledge that the privileged extended to them will demand a return investment in their community. Learning through the G4G has a commitment toward the service of the multitudes, who still remain trapped in the valley of decision. The individual, who shall reach their full potential, will be able to lead the people to reach their full potential. When this circle has been fully instituted, the people can build for generations and not merely struggle for present moment survival. The G4G will teach individuals that no matter what their apex of success may unfold, they must never close their bowels of compassion. They must consistently seek a deeper revelation of how to better serve and empower the community.
