Most capital markets that have been established in developing economies like Africa have struggled to make progress over two decades down the line. Boniface Chimpango received a PhD in Law from Nottingham Law School, UK, in 2015. He is a corporate lawyer with special inclination towards corporate finance, corporate taxation, corporate debt restructuring, corporate governance, employment law, capital markets and regulation of financial services.
